Our friends have this WARMOUNTS floating dock at their home on the lake. My kids have loved it and thought it was the best. So even though it is still winter weather, we have some upcoming birthdays and this seemed like the perfect gift for them!This is a well constructed, heavy duty PVC with a non-slip surface on the top (this is a big plus for safety).It comes with several accessories that make using this easier for whatever your use. Need to secure it to a dock, no problem...you have everything you will need. I like the D Rings that are on the corners, so you can attach floaties or other water toys to it.Comes with a hand-pump, but we will probably opt to use a plug in pump to inflate faster, but I appreciate that it truly does come with everything you need to get using this immediately.Comes with a soft ladder that most children will be able to climb to get onto the platform. The carrying case is also a nice additional item that comes with this. It will be great to be able to nicely store this over the cold months within the carrying case to prevent it from getting damaged.I will update my review later with photos and videos once our lake thaws and we get this set-up, but we are all excited to use this!! Great product for a good price!

I can see how this would be used for fun in a lake or even a large pool, but I chose this to help me clean the hull of my boat.I used an electric air pump to fill this up, and it is very firm. It's "only" 5x6 feet but that is large enough for me to put some cleaner and a few different types of brushes on it and then make my way around - and under- my catamaran to get off the gunk that appears above the waterline.The platform is very stable and it does not buckle in the middle edge, were I sit most of the time as I scrub the boat.My marina has some pretty crusty barnicles on the pilings that the boat is tied to, which I try very hard to avoid with this platform since that is how my previous air platform was destroyed. As a buffer against the razor sharp barnicles, I secured a fairly thick towel to the side of the platform that is closest to a piling at any given time. Otherwise, this is a pretty thick, high quality platform that I don't foresee being damaged even with aggressive use.

Handy to have if you do a lot of kayaking, or paddle boarding. It will make boarding those much easier than from directly over the side. Also could be used with a Dinghy, but probably not as much use as for the more unstable craft. The only thing I'd add is the use of an electric pump. The hand pump will work, but by the time you blow up this dock, you'll probably be too tired to use it!
