The package and all of its contents came in 3 separate shipments. Setup was pretty easy. Followed instructions until the program said there was a paper jam error, when there wasn’t. Spent 4 hours troubleshooting with tech support via WhatsApp and the issue was resolved. Cherry from tech support was great and stuck with us until the end to make sure the issue was fixed and we were happy with the product.

I bought this printer off Amazon and it’s great since I’ve had it. I’ve had to reach out to help twice through their website and Poppy has helped me out so much and everything looks so great. I would recommend this company again.

Cherry was one of the best technical support person you could have to help you fix your problem with your machine. I had so much problems with this machine and software until I got connected to Cherry I would recommend cherry to anyone who is having problems Cherry will solve problems for you.

I brought this dtf printer a couple of weeks ago and still trying to figure it out.. and when I contact customer support.. they always help me figure out the problem.. I’m so glad that I purchased this from this company.. I can always count on them! Thank you joy..

I have had this printer less 6 mos… started with severe problems around 3 mos or a little before. Customer service does not open til 8 pm est which is awful. Starting having problems with printhead and joy was excellent with assistance though I was on with her for hours and had to work the next day… she sent me videos and I was able to fix it. Worked great other than the occasional not printing white at beginning of image or end ( which it has done since out of box)… then more severe problems… spent hours at night on phone with them and honestly I think were clueless… finally suggested new printhead and motherboard. I got all of that in FINALLY DESPITE SO CALLED EXPRESS SHIPPING I PAID FOR and I set it up, it was showing waste ink error and lady went into computer program and had me restart it several times after doing crap in computer I’ve not seen any of them do ( honestly do not think she had any idea what she was doing)… printer ended up completely crashing and after many more hours they suggested another motherboard which I believe is a stall tactic because they have no idea how to fix it. Paid for express shipping and it is taking almost 2 weeks to get in … if it comes then. So disappointed
