I purchased three rope-resistant training machines for my middle school team, hoping they would help the kids build strength and endurance. Unfortunately, these machines have been nothing short of a disappointment. After just three workouts, the ropes are already falling apart, and are showing signs of wear and instabilityWhen I first received them, I was excited about the potential these machines had. They seemed sturdy out of the box, and I had high hopes for their performance. However, that excitement quickly turned to frustration when the ropes started fraying almost immediately. Despite light use by middle school athletes, the quality of the materials simply couldn’t hold up.I can’t imagine how these machines would perform under more intense use or with older athletes. It’s incredibly frustrating to see equipment fail so quickly, especially when I invested in it for a team that relies on durability and quality.I will be sending these back and attaching photos of the damaged ropes to my return request. I do not recommend this product to anyone, especially those looking for something that can handle even moderate levels of use.

You’ll get a good work out on this device. It’s sleek and robust construction. The negatives is rope tends to fray and catches on the joint connecting the rop ends
