Ordered these and picked up at local Brook Mays. The people working at the store were unfriendly and seemed put out I was there. I get the mallets and the heads are more yellow tinted than they should be. Within a couple of uses, one of the shafts cracks down the middle. These were obviously old and defective. Now Iām having to deal with a return instead of a simple refund when these are clearly broken and have shown evidence of it. We just want mallets that are useable, not all these issues.
