I like this a lot, it really works well and honestly, I like the way it looks also. I only get the feeling that the insulation could be thicker. After I put in my hot tray, I can feel the heat on the outside, top and bottom. That indicates to me that the insulation is not really thick enough. But I’ve had no actual problem with it and the food has stayed hot, I only go about 20 minutes travel time with it so I haven’t determined if it keeps the food hot for a longer time than that. It definitely does hold two trays, one below and the other above; and the upper compartment does fold and zip down so it’s out-of-the-way when you don’t need it. And it’s sturdy enough so that I can also stack things on top of it underneath the handle. as well as in the zipper compartment on top.so all in all I’m basically happy with it, and would recommend it, depending on whether or not you need and can find another one that has thicker insulation.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! It may be a little on the expensive side but you get what you pay for. I have used this twice, now, since purchased. I used it for Thanksgiving and Christmas and it took care of the ability of traveling with food and keeping the food at the right temperature. This carrier has an upper section and lower so you are able to transport more than one item. Each section is made with its' own insulator. Now I have not tried to take a hot item and a cold item, but I LOVED having the additional room.

I used this just a few days after I purchased it. It held a 13x9" lasagna, a large container of hot spaghetti sauce and bread. I left it in the car for an hour and a half in 20º temperatures while I was at a meeting, and then I delivered it to a luncheon. Everything was still hot. Excellent product. I would buy it again.

I bought these to help me take dishes to and from my family’s holiday dinners. I don’t know why o didn’t get them sooner! They kept the dishes nice and warm and made getting from the house to car and from car to house a breeze!The compartments are roomy and easily fit my 9x13 baking dishes. The pocket on top was perfect to store my serving spoons and it felt sturdy and secure even with two full dishes. They worked out perfectly and I can’t recommend them enough! It made things so much easier and less of a headache for sure! 10/10!

I was put off of "name-brand" versions of this product as they all seemed to list quality issues. There are no quality issues here! This thing has top notch zippers and the outer material feels very durable and it looks nice too. The interior is your typical heat resistant/retaining material and it keeps things cold or hot. I've placed things directly out of the oven into it and no issues. The fact that you can expand it and carry two dishes is awesome, even if you don't have two dishes the top compartment can carry serving utensils, napkins, etc. This is a fantastic product.

I bought this item because I am always taking food to friends and children's houses. I also look for ways to ensure it doesn't spill and arrives hot or cold depending on what I made.This item is expensive, but it sure makes my life easier on all fronts. I don't know how much heat it will take, so I lined the bottom with a tea towel and everything arrived perfectly. Great item!
