Works great. Replaced a failed Xbox s power suply. Takes about 10-15 min to take the case apart and replace what is a plug and play power supply. There was some thermal paste on the original psu and the new one didn’t come with it (neither did it claim) but as long as you leave the thermal paste in place you should be ok. I was skeptical at first but I figure it out I can return it if it doesn’t work. It doesn’t not require any soldering, it’s a plug and play unit. Anyone that put a LEGO together would be able to install it
