I opened the box and it was in a mini plastic baggie and their was few faint scratches and then their was some labels that looked liked they were taken off and put back on. Lastly the thing did not even work

This item was ordered and shipped to my grand-kids so that we could chat while playing Xbox One games. We haven't had a chance to try it out yet, but I've had an adapter like this for years and it's always worked.
