This pool cleaner was amazing the first year that we bought it. The pool was drained for the winter and when putting the pool back up this summer the crawler that actually cleans the pool does not work anymore. So I give this a three stars cause for the cost it should last longer.

I have this in my 9'x18' above ground & it sucks! I mean this thing really sucks & it's quick too.I have seen some reviews saying that the hose gets tangled up. The instruction are misleading but, common sense will tell you how much hose you need for your pool.I measured from the return port of the filter to the furthest point away. I then cut the hose about 3" longer from that point. Hooked it up to the vacuum, slowly lowered the vacuum into the water as instructed to allow the device to fill with water & then the other end to the return port.Turned on my filter & that thing went straight to work sucking up the dirt from the bottom of the pool. the pool.

The pool filter is great. No complaints with that. The vacuum that came attached to it isn't that great. It barely picks anything up so I went back to my other vacuum

Bought this for my 24’ above ground Coleman. Every thing fits perfect. I used my original 2 hoses from suction side and they hook to a tee fitting that connects to these hoses perfectly. This setup is meant for the above ground pools everything fits. The vacuum hooks to the return water, it’s more for stirring the pool but does a decent job at capturing algae that has settled to the bottom after adding clarifier. The pump held a bag and a half of sand and so far everything has worked flawless

Bought this filter as the 1500GPH that came with the pool did not have enough suction to power a vacuum. This winter will run my suction style vac as well as the included Automatic Vac. The only problem I encountered with the vac is since my pool floor is not perfectly smooth it stops at times and must be bumped over any depressions to get started again.
