Handy tool bit. They fit nice and tight to avoid stripping out under torque driver loads.

My favorite bit ever made. 90% of remodeling & handyman work will either be a phillips for assembly or a T25 for quick, heavy attachment of wood to wood. I use both ends of this bit throughout each day. It lives on my driver.

The photo of the product is unlikely to be the actual model you receive. Irwin has revised the design and I believe the version displayed is no longer available. A shame because the new version is the skinny midsection type which will fall out of most impact driver spare bit holder slots

I build all types of exterior projects and the most popular exterior grade deck screws either have the star or Phillips style head. Having the Irwin double ended bit is super convenient as I don't have to find or carry a second bit; the bit I need is always in my tool, all I need to do is pop it out and reverse ends. This action may seem trivial, but doing it numerous times throughout the day says time, legwork, and frustration. Additionally these Irwin bits seem to last forever! I really never wear out either end. I highly recommend these bits to everyone. They make great gifts too.

10-12 is to large for the standard flat head on a wall plate but the 6-8 is perfect. Locks on both end and works great. Don't know about longevity for commercial work. Should last a long time as a homeowner.

Great concept - poor quality. I am a carpenter doing all phases of home building and rehabiing. It's been great to be able to switch between Philips and Torx, but both ends rounded out after minimal use. Although these bits are supposed to be "impact" drivers, the metal is much too soft for commercial use.
