I used it to reduce ping on my aluminum case I purchased for my keyboard. It is a great material and adds more weight to the keyboard as well. It is kinda thick but works well and is easy to work with. Would recommend for that use.

Super thick and stuck very well. Used it to dampen the sounds on my custom keyboard and it did really well

I used this in my Drop ALT as sound dampening. It is relatively easy to cut to shape and does a great job for sound dampening. For anyone looking for the best in custom keyboard case dampening, this is it.Important note: make sure to get a thickness that fits in your case!

I have a somewhat unusual use case for this, and I was not sure whether it would work. The keyboard tray on my standing desk, when bumped or even when I was typing or mousing sometimes, would transmit the vibrations through the table to my ultra wide monitor on a gaming style 3-point stand. I figured that I could cut out pieces to go underneath the legs to at least reduce the vibrations. Obviously these are larger vibrations than it was perhaps developed to deal with, but it was really irritating me.I was able to make paper templates of the space under the leg endings and use those to cut out the three pieces. The stickiness reminds me of those gummy hands you used to be able to buy. I don't know if it would stay stuck to a vertical wall, but it's totally sufficient for laying flat and not moving. It's stuck quite well, even with relatively low surface area, between the desk and the monitor stand to the point where I can't really move the stand at all, though I know would be easy to peel off if I needed to.All in all, I only ended up using a few cubic inches of the rectangle, so I wish it were sold in smaller pieces at this thickness. I suspect that if I were willing to tolerate three larger pieces underneath the legs, rather than cutting them to fit, it may work slightly better. However it was effective at reducing most of the vibrations. The monitor still moves if I bump the keyboard tray, but typing and mousing no longer cause it to shake, fortunately.

Did not work for me, way too small for what I needed.
