I have been using a JACO analog tire pressure gauge for years with not problems. So, when I saw the digital 200 PSIG air gauge and bike tire adaptors at such a great price, I purchased them.FRUSTRATION, FRUSTRATION and more FRUSTRATION for the get-go. First the sealing O-ring on the end of the braded hose will only seal the original Shrader fill/clip. Second the really cool chrome and blue air chucks do not grip the bike tube Pristas valves thigh enough to hold air. It's an air leak mess, impossible to fill modern bicycle tubes or tubeless tires. The sealing O-ring on the braded hose does not seal the chrome/blue P/S air chucks.Good idea but poor design and quality control. JACO you should have sent a few of these out to your valued customers to do a little testing before you gave them to the general public.P.S. I'm keeping the digital air gauge, great product, it works flawlessly on automotive tires. And with a Prestia to Shrader screw on adaptor from my local bike shop the digital air gauge/fill works great topping off my road bike tires.

Worked great for about a year. Then, 1 part fell when using it which makes the device unusable.I bought a 2x pack a year ago for 59 AUD. Today's price: 191 AUD. How come?

Bought these to go with the JACO FlowPro 2.0 tire inflator and it works flawlessly. Being able to switch between schrader and presta valves with a twist of the knurled tip is an awesome feature. Air chucks and tire filler combined were still cheaper than the professional bike shop air chuck I was looking at. I could have gone even cheaper still, but the all metal construction, quick change feature and trusted brand name hooked me in. No regrets, highly recommend.

For shrader valves, I find that the standard Jaco press on chucks (i.e. the Jaco Lightning S2) are simply easier to use as you just press them on and release them off when done. For both shrader and presta, these V3’s have to be screwed on and then they do quick release off so you don’t have to unscrew. For my mountain bike, I leave one of these V3 set to presta on my inflator so I don’t have to screw on an adapter. I have these on quick release couplings so I can swap over to the S2 when I want to inflate a kids bike or my car tires or paddle boards rather than screwing this one on.

Presta and schrader valves both need to be pressed in, before you lock and screw in to further seal it from leaks.after a month, the chuck can no longer seal due to wearing out of the metal grip

Used the chuck twice then it literally fell apart, very cheaply made. I'm guessing but Chinese made?

I purchased this and replaced the Schrader attachment on an old air inflator by using a 3 foot PVC hose and some quick connects. A bit overkill but it was all I had as spares. The fitting does leak air as you're attaching it onto a Presta valve, however since you're likely filling up a tire anyway, then I don't see this as a big deal. The air flow through this fitting is phenomenal. I went from 5psi to 60psi in a few seconds on my 26" home-brew tubeless tires.BE SURE TO HAVE YOUR OUTPUT REGULATOR SET ACCORDINGLY otherwise you're likely to blow the tire off the rim. It's also just good practice for safety. The quick release of the fitting is pretty sweet with minimal to no air loss as far I can tell. You can hear air escaping on disconnect, but it's likely from your hoses. Attaching a pressure gauge to the tire shows no discernible losses.I'll update this review as time goes on as I plan to use this long term.

Difficult to screw onto presta valve. Not as described in my opinion.

Ok so far. Aired up MTB and car tires with some hassle, will update soon.Update:I returned this set because it leaks on SHORT presta valves. It worked fine on long presta valves. You probably don't need 2. Overcharging for chucks you don't need is unnecessary. Sell them 10 each instead of 2 for 20.Mfr asked to contact them, but the link doesn't work for returned items.I have not used the $30 Silca chuck so I can't compare them unfortunately. If this was $10 it would probably be an easy buy over Silca though.I got the full set of JACO chucks to try their automotive ones. Same issue: Presta chuck leaks only on a SHORT valve stem. It holds long enough to fill it up, but if there's any sideways pressure on the chuck it will leak.I also noticed the 'quick release' sleeve of the second round of purchased worked way better than the first. They were stiff and hard to move in the first set of chucks I received. Possible QC issue.

I was sick of the cheap plastic inflator head on my air compressor tire inflator. It didn't seal well and made it difficult to set precise air pressure in my presta valve bike tires. This chuck is all metal and looked to be high quality and more durable. There is a bit of a learning curve to using it properly, but there are nice full color instructions included. Once properly screwed onto a presta valve it seals tightly and does not leak. It easily and quickly detaches when done by pulling back on the blue collar. The directions say to twist the collar on 2 or 3 turns to seal it to the valve, this is correct, but that's full turns, so more like 5 or 6 half turns when you're trying to screw it on with one hand. For the price, I wished they included some 1/4" male to barb fittings to be able to attach these to the end of a hose that doesn't already have a male 1/4" fitting. I also wish there was an option to purchase one at a time for half the price. I only needed one, but at least I have a back up now. This is probably the best tire valve air chuck design I've used so far, but it's still not perfect. You really need to screw it down tight or it will leak with slight side to side movement and you have to make sure you quickly pull the chuck straight off when you're done or it will leak. I will update this review if I have any durability issues. The only thing I can think that would wear would be the internal rubber o-rings. I have also not tried it on schrader valves, only presta.
