These are wonderful additions to the tools of those who make sushi for family gatherings. I have eight. They are perfect for tomagoyaki. They do require a scant rub of cooking oil in order to release the sticky rice. They only problem: Sometimes the Japan store sends the wrong item, but they do respond quickly to returns.
