This has been a joy to own . I have had 4 other bikes so I'm fairly experienced, it has the head light, rear brake lite , electric horn , even turn signals in rear. The most comprehensive safety package I've seen on any bike I've owned I only added a flashing taillight (flashing catches their eyes better) and a mirror. The speed is exhilarating but too fast for my taste. Pedal assist works any time you start pedaling .distance on the charge you can take with a a grain of salt, I'm heavy and travel along of hills on rough gravel roads so I get about 35 miles a charge but that is consistent and I use it exclusively for my transportation. I highly recommend!

The Ebike arrived on schedule, It was complete, assembly was reasonably simple. I am 74 years old and try not to lift anything heavier than 30 pounds and I had no problems assembling the bike by myself. Getting the bike onto my bike rack is somewhat challenging but very doable. The instruction manual is OK, reasonably clear. I read it several times. Be sure and read the dos and don’ts.I have added a rearview mirror, foot fenders and a bottle holder. Otherwise, the picture of the bike is just as it comes. I have had the bike three weeks and ridden more than 300 miles on it. The step through design works very well for someone my age. It took a while to get used to stopping and getting on and getting off. The bicycle is heavy. But my research shows most e-bikes are just as heavy.I contacted Jasion with some questions. They responded quickly with clear concise communication good customer service.As my title indicates, please learn how to ride a bike before you get any Ebike if You have not ridden a bicycle in the last few years. Find one and learn how to ride before you try Ebike. If your balance is not good, a 70 pound bicycle will hurt you.I have found this Jasion Romer ST to be well worth my money.Happy riding!!

I have been riding my Jasion Roamer ST for several weeks and am delighted with the performance, quality, and price. It has everything that other bike's that cost a lot more have. I have let several of my friends ride it and they all are impressed with the power, smooth ride, and ease of operation.

This review has been modified to reflect resolution of an earlier installation issue.Ordered the bike on black Friday. Although, it came in over a week past the original estimated date, it did better than most delivery horror stories of this season and arrived well before Christmas. For the build quality, and control layout, I'm happy with the purchase price.Pros:It was well packed and partially preassembled, and the instructions and markings were fairly clear to follow. Once charged, the controls and indicators worked as advertised. I ride conventional road and mountain bikes for exercise, and this gift was a way for my wife to enjoy a similar riding experience on some of the local trails.Cons:1 screw was missing (LCD mounting), and 1 of the pedals was improperly machined for assembly. I spent a couple of day thinking that a bike tech would be needed, but my daughter had the magic touch, and once started, the left pedal installed as easily as the right had.Still evaluating:The ebike is very sturdy, but much heavier than I was expecting. It's definitely heavier than the aventon we rented while on vacation. I'll need to put additional thought into whether my current bike rack can support this, and what it will take to lift it in place. If I need to transport it in the car, it's unlikely we'll be able to take this on vacation.The bike is a gift, and I was able to test it for the recipient this morning. I have zero experience riding ebikes and it didn't take much of a learning curve. However, I could see how someone could get into trouble. The power assist provided much more acceleration than I was expecting. I'm glad that I started at 0 PAS and worked my way up. It was a short test ride with temps in the 40s. Level 1 was plenty for flattish surface to mild incline. I bumped up to level 2 for the steep hill in the neighborhood. If it had been a little warmer, I would have further tested the manual ride feel at 0 PAS on hills. I suspect that riding up steep hills would be much more challenging than on my conventional bike. I'm not sure that I would ever use level 3+ or throttle mode, but they may serve more of a purpose, if you're done with exercise for the day, and just want the bike to do the work for you.For component, battery, and tire durability, I'm just keeping my fingers crossed.

I was so hesitant buying this ebike online,visited 10+ store in my area and finally bought from Amazon as at least will return if fail to assemble self.I could assemble it within 1 hrs of effort, super easy post watching the video . Bike working excellent, all required features are avl like disc break, front light , back light, speed goes up to 28Miles.I can't explain enough - how good this bike is. Super happy

A decent e-bike for the price. Although this will never be mistaken for a more expensive and capable e-bike like a Specialized or Trek, it does the job.Built to a price point, this bike forgoes hydraulic brakes for vague feeling cable actuated disc brakes. The cable stretches almost immediately snd will need to be adjusted. This bike is pretty heavy too. Not sure I’m comfortable with a heavy bike with cheap brakes that is capable of 28mph. We’ll see. The front suspension is another example of price point engineering. It’s basically just a spring and works fine over small imperfections in the road or groomed trail. Also, a few of the screw holes came stripped out Drill snd tap the next size and problem solved.Now, all that being said, it’s a nice looking bike with a powerful motor snd what looks to be a great battery. It’s fine for cruising around and exploring. Just know its limitations and you’ll be fine.
