This key fit my IS2000Z BUT the plastic cover on the key needs to be trimmed, easy with a razor blade knife. The key can be separated simply by pushing it to the left and right while pulling outward. I like the cover, so I removed the round protrusion including the tiny one that actually touches the key, and then pushed the key back into the cover. Otherwise, I could not insert it far enough into the switch to turn it to the on position. You could just use the key without the cover. Still it's worth the money.

The plastic top of the key made it un able to get it far enough into the ignition switch to work.I removed the plastic top and then could use it.
