I ordered this in October, and wasn't able to open it until January. It is too late to return it, so I'm left with a buffer that is missing several parts that are shown in the manual to be included in the box. Extremely disappointed with this purchase.

I use this in my shop daily. When I started metal smiting, I used a buffer from HF. I'd have to get a replacement at least once a quartet. This one lasted 3 years, so I bought another when it finally gave out. From time to time, you'll need to remove and clean the brushes. Other than that, it's been pretty maintenance free. I highly recommend it to my fellow jewelry smiths. You won't be disappointed.

This could be a good portable machine. Polishing wheels made of cheap material. Consider buying premium buffing wheels if you are in business.
