The bolt and washer did not supply enough clamping force to prevent cable slippage. I had to remove bolt and washer. Replaced with a disc rotor bolt that I ground to length, then used w/o the washer. NOW, works great!

This lever works but has security screws holding the lever on and to lock the cable in. You need a T-25 driver with a hole in the center. Who has that? Why not an Allen head like the rest of a bike?I replaced on bolt with an Allen but then the other one started to loosen from the factory.

My original lever let the cable slip having to ride back the height it slipped at . No Plastic on this one , good lever pull ratio , recommended.,. color matches . Enjoying it a hundred miles so far . The feel and pull ratio is great. It works nicely!!!!

Lever seems to be decent. Mine came with a standard allen head on the cable lock. Installed on my 10yo daughter's bike and she can operate and actuate the lever fine. Seems solid and smooth. Price was reasonable.

This now has a #3 Allen to to clamp to the cable. This screw is very poor quality and will strip before proper tension can be set

I liked the general construction of this but the simple T25 bolt required to attach the cable required a special T25 wrench, unlike every other T25 bolt on a bike. But the company heard the issue, responded REALLY well and sent a replacement; and is updating the design - great support. I suspect it will work fine once modified, will go 5 starts after I install and test it; if it works like I think it will.
