I needed to swap out the old, worn-out casters on a small rolling cart, and these seemed like a good option. The stem size was perfect for the existing sockets; the installation was super easy. I like that they swivel smoothly and have a locking brake — which is essential for keeping the cart from rolling away. I also appreciate that they're rubber, so they don't scratch my floors; my only concern was if they would be durable, but so far, so good 🤞. The cart rolls much easier now, and I'm happy with this snag; the only thing I would change is that I wish I'd done this sooner; it makes a big difference.

Pretty impressed with the overall quality of these casters. They roll well and fit my little cart perfectly. I like the easy of locking and unlocking and the wheels themselves are really nice quality.

These were returned. I bought them to replace wheels with existing side brake levers and discovered that the brake levers on these increase the swing radius significantly and they hit the dropped frame, preventing a 360 deg swing. I guess I'm stuck with using the ones with the side brake levers. Nice well made casters though. I wish I could have used them.

I have a wooden kitchen cart, and the OEM plastic wheels were starting to fall apart. I ordered these because they looked like that were made better than the OEM wheels and had the same socket dimensions as the originals. I was right, they are really sturdy metal wheels, except for the lock levers which are plastic along with the wheels themselves which is desired. It is sturdy plastic, not thin or cheap quality. The shanks of these wheels fit perfectly into the existing socket bushings in the cart, and they also come with their own socket bushings if you need them. I'm very happy with these wheels on my like new kitchen cart!

The features that impress me most are the materials: the metal parts have a smooth reflective finish made of carbon steel (it's not flat toned base metal) and the wheels are not hard plastic.The wheels have a feel of rubber that's softer but strong, so especially good for indoor floors. There's a very slight arch at the center of the wheel all around (just like a tire) that would allow the pivot feature to work better.The brake snaps down tight but isn't difficult to release. These will be used on a wood pallet to move stacked firewood around in the garComes with instructions. Given 5 stars, although a stated weight limit would be useful information.Well made with quality materials.UPDATE: I realized another excellent feature in the wheels: they are completely enclosed on both sides of the wheel from the outer edge to the center at the axle and this keeps pet hair from accumulating.
