I have 4 trumpets from various manufacturers and of different ages spanning 1960's to current day brand new and these items don't fit any of them. The screw threads are completely wrong. Amazon should stop selling these.

The caps are great in quality. The bottom caps fits flawlessly but the top caps may look weird. they won’t screw all the way in but it seals the air perfectly. Tight enough where you don’t make that fissttttt noise when you blow your horn. (P.s use some brass shiny polisher to make the paint last a little longer and more shiner.) (plus it’ll take away that brass metallic smell.)

No good….tried them on 4 trumpets….4 different name brands !No pieces fit…!! Machining is off…!!!I tried 1920’s trumpet- FAILI Tried 1940’s. Trumpet - FAILI tried. 2005 Trumpet - FailLast I tried 2022 Trumpet - FAIL FROM top names like KING to brand new Yamaha 3335 s.NOTHING FIT !!!!

After seeing the reviews I was super hesitatant to purchase this. I just needed the bottom valve covers. I had gotten another from another vender and it was the wrong size. But I saw this was 22mm and took a chance and glad I did.

The caps for both bottom and top were too big. Only thing that fit were the valve caps.Yeah...... kinda let down.

I regularly refurbish trumpets as a hobby. I bought a set, hoping it would fit one of my horns. They don't fit ANYTHING: Olds, Conn, Holton, Yamaha, Gretsch, Bach, Besson, Blessing, Jean Paul, Couesnon. From vintage to 21st century, nothing. I wish they did.

I have two trumpets I wanted to use these on and none of these three items will fit together, the caps fit one and not the other the buttons fit on both of them but the bottoms are too big for one and too small for the other...YamahaFE Olds
