These socks stay up perfectly. They use a super-soft 95% polyester, and then add 5% spandex, which must be why they don't ride down the shin over the hours. But despite their staying up, you don't see a skin imprint when you pull them down like you do on most socks that stay up this well.The padding's excellent, too. They've done the toe area, the entire undersole (with a slightly more snug zone right around the arch), and the heel, all with super-comfortable cushy padding.A wash and dry doesn't cause any threads to fray, and they're just as elastic after the fact as they are before. Like with all socks, safest to wash and dry them in warm temperature maximum. I'd do a hot-dry experiment to see if the tightness in these gives out a bit like it does in any other non-cotton sock, but I like them so much I don't want to possibly sacrifice one on the altar of science!These are now my favorite socks, even better than the number one name brand here in the US, and competitively priced, too. Great job! 5 very happy stars.

Recently some of my older athletic socks started to thin out a bit and develop holes because of lots of use and repeated washing. Eventually the fabric starts to break down over time. When I saw this 8-pack of cushioned athletic socks, I decided to give them a shot. As an added bonus, this 8-pack is half black socks, and half white socks, which is great for me.My friends have been raving about their Joynee socks for over a year now, and I see why. These crew socks fit great on my size 11.5 feet. They are made of a blend of spandex, and polyester so there is some stretchiness there. As soon as I received them, I went to my sock drawer and got rid of my old worn out socks and replaced them with these new Joynee ones. Nowhere else can you get 8 pairs of quality athletic socks for under $15. If you spend time in athletic socks while hanging out around the house or outside playing ball then I am confident you'd like these on your feet as well. I really like these socks and they are a great value for the price point. These Joynee Socks came in an eight-pair set and I chose the black and dark grey styled ones. The socks are made very well and definitely are good for everyday use. They are sized perfectly for me and fit well according to the sizing they offer.The socks are made with high-quality fabric that consists of 95% polyester and 5% spandex. This makes for a very soft sock that stretches and fits snugly to my feet. The elastic on the top of the socks is strong and keeps them up all day. I also liked that they were not overly tight at the top, which still allows for easy adjustment and won't cut off circulation. The ankles of the sock I chose are a deep black with dark gray at the bottom of the foot, upper heel, and toe parts. They are very comfortable and the material on the bottom of the foot gives good cushioning, especially in sneakers.These are machine washable and after wearing them and washing them multiple times, they held up well and didn't get fabric pills or fraying. They also did not shrink at all and kept their shape and fit. They are of medium thickness and I feel you can wear them anytime of the year. They are not overly thick and I wouldn't even call them a winter sock, as they are of average thickness. The price point makes them a great value, especially for getting eight pairs. Highly recommended for anyone who wants stylish, good quality socks that fit well. I give them five stars and am very happy with my choice.

I ordered these socks for the hubby. He wears a size 10M or 10W shoe and they fit him perfectly. His foot is a little wide, so depending on the shoe, he sometimes wears a wide width. Many athletic socks fit him too tight around the arch area of his foot, but these stretch nicely and fit great. They are soft and have a good thickness. He finds them to be super comfortable throughout his entire day. He especially likes the way the feel in the toe area. There isn't an annoying seam there like some socks have. I love how simple they are to wash, and they come out of the dryer looking great. Overall, these are just really good quality socks and a great value for the money.
