I loved the item and the price was good, didn't realize that it was plastic. I put in on the collar and it hung down, noticed my Pomeranian had dug his teeth into it, so I moved it higher up using a smaller ring to attach it. Was just going to put it onto his harness instead, and would have bought another one, when I saw he had destroyed it. I hate leaving bad reviews, had tried to find the company to email them, but wasn't found. I wouldn't return something that my pet destroyed, just wish that it was either smaller or printed sideways. I ended up ordering a personalized metal one, it is smaller. This one was so perfect for our needs though....

When I ordered this I saw the picture of the tag on the collar of a mastiff. Imagine my surprise when it arrived and it fit in the palm of hand. I'd just paid $7 for a tag that fit in the palm of my hand. 🤦‍♂️
