It’ll work for ratchets as well, but is intended for impact conversion, very worth it. A must for anyone who does small work.

If you have 1/2 inch impact sockets and a 3/8 inch gun, you'll need this. Very low profile so you can work in tight areas. Highly recommended.

I love this adapter. It looks amazing when installed on the socket and the impact wrench. I was a little skeptical when purchasing it because adapters generally reduce the impact ability of an impact wrench. Even though it does reduce the impact ability of an impact wrench, I must say I didn't feel a difference when using this adapter. It is very easy to use, light weight, fits perfectly on my dewalt impact sockets and durable.

I've been using this for six months now and it has held up to everything I throw at it.I like the fact unlike others, this fits the 3/8 head like a glove and does not add any additional length to the tool. I mostly use it with 1/2 sockets for farm machinery. Really pairs well with the smaller impacts, due to the way it sits on the impact head
