The Pranayama yoga bolster is a long, narrow bolster; it provides perfect support for deeper breathing, but can be used in many other yoga postures. This bolster is placed under the length of the spine to promote expansion of the lungs for deeper breathing. You will find that they are firm to provide full support, yet soft enough to be quite comfortable. The bolsters are stuffed with 100% clean cotton.

These are my fav pranayama bolsters on the market. I’m disappointed in the price markups on everything especially bolsters since Covid but that aside, this brand makes my favourite. Why? Easier to change and clean the covers. Softer fabric than others and much more beautiful colour choices. We used to be able to get these in bulk for about $20 each. I get inflation and all but I do think what turns out to be about 30% increase when buying individually, is just excessive like many other things.

Nice bolster. It’s a little firm but I could probably take some of the insides out to make it the way I like it. Cute color to match my yoga decor. I will be keeping it. I just bought a yogibo meditation pillow that I will use with this one.
