I live off grid. I used Clint ober earthing mat when I had my hip surgery and it healed me hip rapidly. When I moved back to my home off grid I had no way to plug it in. But I remembered if you lived in an old house with out grounding plugs, you could ground it outside. Wahla that’s when I found this grounding kit. I put a hole through my bedroom wall and grounded both of the rods. I use 1 of them for my queen bed grounding mat and the other for grounding patches you attach to specific areas. IT WORKS!!! I sleep every night comfortably. I jump out the bed without discomfort or hobbling. Also want to mention I take Boron and food grade diatomaceous earth. I’m 65 years old, I drive a tractor trailer and take care of my farm by myself. Life is not over because you get older. It’s how you live it!!

What size hole does the end of the wire have. my wire for my mat's end does not fit into.

Quality & value along with performance are easy to recognize because its heavier duty than the ones that come with the sheet. Easy to install because the rod is sharp. I added dielectric grease so that I knew I'd had a good ground, no worries if you don't have any, should work as expected

Very easy to use and works very well. I use this with my bedroom Hooga grounding mat and it works very well. I'm 100% happy with this grounding rod
