This little guy saved me after long walks and hikes in Iceland. I couldn’t bring my full size mat, but honestly didn’t need it. Easy to position under my back and rolled up, it was a perfect neck pillow.

I have several acupressure products and love them, but this one is not like the others. The "nails" aren't nearly as sharp and are more rounded and smooth. They look like rose petals rather than the "nails" that all the other products I own.

The strap would be better if it fastened in some way. As is it's like a rope belt. Feels nice on its own if you provide some pressure or friction to the pad. Great when combined with those padded Med Massager devices.

Laying on this flat is effective. Wearing this on the other hand is ineffective. I would buy the mat but would not recommend this crappy belt design.

I purchased this for my father as a Christmas gift this year.He broke his back when he was in the military in the 80s. While it has been a very long time, he still deals with a lot of residual pain.This acupressure belt has worked to relieve inflammation which is what causes a lot of the pain.
