I bought new glass doors for my wood-burning fireplace and was installing them. I found ceramic insulation to be recommended. I bought this product and found it to be remarkable. The metal surround around my fireplace isn’t even warm. With the fire burning for hours the insulated areas are still ice cold. I’m very impressed with this product. It is a must for every fireplace installation.
