The box was delivered with additional cardboard taped to it hiding holes and oil soaked box. The black rebound panel had a hole in it and a dozen of the springs needed to be hooked up which was extremely hard to do without a spring pull. The painted metal frame had scratches as well. I did set it up and it works but I hope the seller will send me a new undamaged black rebound cover.

This is much sturdier than I thought it would be, it's made of heavy duty piping and the canvas bounce back wall is nice and tight. The netting portion gives a good alternative surface to use. Much easier to assemble than I predicted, no issues. People on my street have more expensive ones that are much lower quality. A little bulky and heavy to move, but that's not a complaint.

The product arrived in a very thick and sturdy box. Everything was packaged well. Overall assembly was fairly straightforward and I greatly appreciated that on 3 of the 4 sides, the springs were attached to the frame. However, to attach the final side of springs after assembly, you need to use a spring stretcher. I had assumed it would come with one, but did not. It was my fault for not reading the description clearly though. I ordered a spring stretcher and it delivered the next day. Once I had that I was able to finish connecting the springs.Once completely assembled, it has a lot of weight to it. This is great and keeps it very sturdy...but it's not the easiest to move around.Overall, extremely pleased with the quality of this item and would recommend it!

I ordered this for my son's birthday and it came just as expected. It wasn't hard to assemble and my 3 boys are using it almost daily for both baseball and lacrosse. It is not extremely heavy so it is easy to move around the yard when we mow as well.

Many people had the "I can't connect the springs issue". Just make sure they are all attached before you open the face of the rebounder all of the way. If they are not attached fold the unit back up and then attached them. This item is very nice and sturdy. I have never used one of these before, but they don't rebound as much as I thought they would. This isn't a fault just a observation. I think the nets on the back and bottom front were missing straps to hold them in place at the bottom.

Took a while to assemble as you could not stretch the springs to the metal. We ended up not using them all. Works great, just not easy to move around because of size
