Very angry. I should have checked the reviews, but purchased it for an upcoming project in a hurry. It is NOT erasable. Not with an eraser, towel or chalkboard cleaner. Therefore it is not a usable chalkboard. I have tried several different styles of chalk that all state erasable and they all stain it. You will always be able to see what has been written previously. Had my husband not thrown the box away on accident I would have returned it asap! The board itself is built well and attractive but the hardware sent with it was completely inadequate for hanging something that heavy in drywall that will get constant use. My husband purchased the correct hardware to hang it. As it is now, an overpriced useless decoration.

It looks really nice. But the chalk and the chalk markers stain the board. So you can always see what else you had on the board.
