These are little sturdier than gardening gloves designed to keep you hands dry in muddy conditions. I did not find that these helped a little but did not protect from cuts and would not consider them safe.

Great glove and fit. I was pruning bushes and snipped my finger; so, I thought. The gloves design prevented my finger from being cut; love it!

Great all around work gloves! Fit is spot on! I do recommend getting them a size smaller than your usual size as they’re true to actual size.
