Kemimoto seems to be the most trustworthy budget brand. I have a few different things from them, a cup holder and this are the main topic. They're very well built, inexpensive and they aren't lying about the waterproof rating like some of the other cheap brands. They're consistently good. I've ridden through rain and snow with no problems so far. I'm not the biggest fan of how it attaches but it's the same for any bagged materials. I also love the sturdy walls.

Five stars because of the design and usability of the bag. It is made for a motorcycle but I mounted it on my ebike and love it. I did have to put a motorcycle back rack ontop of the original OEM bike rack but that was easy. I used nylon ties to hold the motorcycle rack to the bike rack. I also placed rubber strips on the OEM rack so the mounted rack would not slide around. I cut in strips a motorcycle tank pad but you could use rubber gas hose that you slit and just lay over the OEM rack. That was the prep to use this bag on my Ebike. Once I mounted the bag straps-see photos- the bag sits solidly on the rack. It has multiple compartments and a laced net holder on the lid. The bag has a carry handle built into it. I mounted the bag so the opening is in the back instead of on the side. This comes with a rain cover you can slip over it and carry straps as well. There is ample space for anything would would carry on a bike. There is even room for a tent and gear in this bag if you wanted to camp out. It also has zippered sections that will make the bag longer if you open the zippers. This is well thought out. The plastic quick release straps lock in and are plenty secure for my application as far as bumps or wind goes. This is a good bag for your buck. This can be used in many applications. It would make a good camping bag or overnight travel bag and then you can mount it back on your bike or cycle and off you go.

I recently ordered the KEMIMOTO Motorcycle Travel Luggage Bag, and I'm very pleased with its quality and design. The item arrived well-packaged and included a clear English/Japanese product manual, which made setup easy. The bag’s expandable capacity from 23L to 30L is perfect for carrying essential gear without being too bulky. It fits neatly on my motorcycle's passenger seat without obstructing the saddle bags, making it an ideal choice for longer rides or weekend trips.I can't wait to start using it to test out its true durability, but it'll be another month before my motorcycle comes out of winter hibernation. I'll update my review if needed, but so far I am pleased with this bag.

This is the 2nd Kemimoto bag I’ve owned. I had one on my last cooter for about 5 years and it held up very well. This bag is quite a bit fancier than that one. This has 6 straps, which you can use to fasten it to your unique bike. I put this bag on my mid sized 160 cc scooter. Fitment was a bit tricky for my application as I have a larger underseat storage, and getting the seat up with this on is hard. The bag itself is very nice. It can be nearly flattened when the bottom and side inserts are removed. With the inserts in place, it hold its shape firmly. The bag has some good side pockets which are easily accessible. This also has a rain cover which is waterproof.

Lots of different ways for it to fit on the bike so it was an easy installation. It has zippers and clips to keep everything in place. I have been using it for a few weeks and it has held up at speeds of 80mph. I have not rode in the rain yet so I can’t speak to the waterproofness. Great value for the money.

The bag "KEMIMOTO Motorcycle Travel Luggage Bags, 23L-30L Expandable" itself seems OK. Rain wise, no idea.Today, at over 110mi/h (180km/H), 3 out of 4 buckles came loose. Luckily it was over tied with another quality strap I had bought in the past, or the bag could have caused a serious accident. One of the straps that came loose got between de saddlebags and the rear wheel and was instantly shredded, unfortunately it did not come with any spare soft loop straps, not that I would trust them any longer, anyways. So its an OK bag, but perhaps more for an average ride in the city, definitely not for high speed on a Harley, so now I have a decent bag that I am scared to use on the bike but for a short ride.I would definitely change or improve the buckles as they are cheap plastic.
