I got this for my 2005 Polaris ranger. It fit that year too since it is more of a universal tool rack. It sits over the gunnels and has 2 lock and ride style rubber locks that holds it in place. The metal is slotted that makes it fit the different models with ease. It is stronger metal than I expected. You have a handle to be able to lift it out on the top and slots for long handle tools or other tools that you might need. It was to take about 15 minutes to assemble it which would have been about right if I had the wrench and Allen wrench that was not included. All the bolts are the same size so you don’t have to wonder if you use the short or long one. There are instructions that were helpful. I would have liked shorter bolt for the adjustable upright since it is a bit on the long side and you might get it caught on clothing or other items. You even have a small cubby that you can throw a pair of gloves or smaller tools into. Other side has different shaped slots for other tools. Lots of options. Doesn’t fall off easily. We had to use the Polaris and had only set the unit over the gunnels and it stayed put on the off-road trip on our farm.
