This is a very nice product, sturdy too. But due to the size of the basket (I really like having a place to keep the iron!) my board swings back and forth hitting the door when I open and close the door. Maybe the hangers for the board need to be UNDER the basket (hanging on the bottom of the basket) and those metal lines should be extra thick to support the boards weight. I am keeping this item despite this design flaw.

Exactly what I was looking for. Fits over the laundry room door perfectly. It is sturdy and has a great area to store supplies and my iron!

This is an unobtrusive ironing board hanger with plenty of room for the iron, hand steamer and cans of spray starch. It sits sturdily on the top of the door and doesn’t swing when opening or closing the door. I’m very happy with this purchase.

I got so tired of my iron being on a shelf and wasting room. I did not want to to put holes in doors. I have a rather big door to my linen closet, so I thought I'd try it. It has plenty of room for a large iron anf a large hand steamer. And getting the ironing board out of my walk in clothes closet is great. Put a little sticky putty underneath the over the door hooks as ell as the back of the unit where it touches the door and finish it off!

Sturdy metal and very well made, quick & easy to put together, fits the door perfectly. Everything is included; tools, extra screws & clearly illustrated assembly instructions. The well thought-out design features beveled holes allowing screws to fit flush, adjustable brackets for the ironing board, even padding on the contact side of the brackets to protect the door from scratches. The basket is somewhat wide to accommodate the iron which does prevent the door from opening all the way, but not enough to be a deal breaker for me. With the hanger fully assembled and loaded the door opens and closes easily with no movement or rattling of the hanger, ironing board, iron or basket. I am extremely impressed with this product and would not hesitate to recommend.

The instruction leaflet wafted away on a breeze and vanished under the sofa, but wasn't needed because the thing is so easy to assemble. Just 4 screws to hold the door hooks to the basket, then the lower hooks slot over the lower frame and it was on the back of the door in minutes.I am so pleased to have a safe, out of the way place to stash the ironing paraphernalia. It appears to be very sturdily built. Glad I bought it.

I was very pleased with this over the door hanger. It's very solid, requires an easy assembly with good instructions, comes in 2 hook widths with padding to make a snug fit over the door (nice feature). An Allen wrench and small crescent wrench are included for assembly and even the holes for the screws are beveled for a flat fit. When hung, it feels secure on the door. Much better than I expected. I ordered it in white and the coating is a soft satin/matte finish. Worth the extra money for a solid, well-made product.

I was very excited to put my ironing board holder up but was disappointed when my ironing board did not fit. The legs were too long and therefore the space underneath the basket was not big enough to hook my ironing board on (refer 1st pic). Luckily my husband made a plan by bending the hooks out slightly (refer 2nd pic). Just something to consider if you've got a large ironing board.

This ironing board caddy is both well designed and well executed in terms of that design. First, it allows one an option as to the size of the hanging brackets based on the thickness of one's door, and the 3/4" option is exactly that size and fits my 3/4" door precisely. Also the basket it large enough to hold an iron and at least two cans or containers of starch or sizing, or whatever one uses when ironing, but it is not so big as to be in the way of the clothes hanging from the rods inside my bedroom closet when I hanged in from the inside of its sliding doors. It arrives unassembled, that is the basket of the caddy is not attached to either the brackets from which it hangs on the door, nor to the brackets from which the ironing board hangs from it. This allowed me to placed the hanging brackets over the sliding doors individually. Had they bee attached to the rest of the caddy, I would have had to take the door off its upper track in order to get it over the top of the door. Being unassembled also meant that I could place the ironing board brackets both in the middle of the caddy to facilitate the hanging of my ironing board which does not have the standard T-configuration of a full sized ironing board. It is smaller in size, and has a U-shaped metal tube as a singular leg, so when hanging it placed the board in the center suspended from the inverted U. The manufacturer also included an extra nut and bolt, which I thought was a nice extra, and when I was hanging the caddy inside my closet and dropped one of the bolts on the floor, it save me from having to go excavating the bottom of my closet to find it. They also include and small allen key for the nut and a pressed open end wrench for the head of the bolts, so one has all the tools required to put it together. This was one of those purchases that turned out to be a surprising plus at every turn. Well done!
