Got this as a present for my son's 3rd birthday and it was an instant hit! Fits in his hands, easy to use, there are cute stickers (within the camera as a feature and actual stickers to decorate the case), charges quickly. My son is not a gentle boy. This has survived the park, scooter rides, and the inside of the diaper bag. If you're thinking about it, buy it! It's a real treasure to see the world through their little eyes.

I purchased this for a 3-4 year old so that they have their own camera instead of asking to use my more expensive and not age appropriate camera. I tried some cheaper "for kids" cameras from Amazon before as they were maybe half the price of the Kidamento. Some of them had a very hard to use UI while other did not even function consistently. I guess you get what you pay for?So far after about 6 months, the camera has held up well. It has been dropped many times and treated as one would expect a 3-4 year old to. So far so good, everything still works. The UI seems pretty intuitive (child can figure out on their own without an adult's help). Seeing pictures taken from a child's perspective is pretty interesting. The quality of the pictures and videos are as one would expect from such a product, not very high. An old smartphone will definitely take higher quality pictures, but I would argue this camera providers a more analog experience without the distraction of other "apps". Plus I see the lower image quality as a plus so that the memory card does not fill up as fast! The camera does come with fun, age appropriate filters that are not too over the top in my opinion. Older kids seems to enjoy the camera too though Kidamento does have a model geared toward older kids.I really like the design of the strap/usb cable in one as this ensures that you always have a charging cable with you.

Our daughter LOVES her camera! She uses it all the time and takes photos easily. We love that there aren't any games or other things to distract her and that the buttons are simple. We intentionally stayed away from a touch screen to keep things more tactile. We bought it knowing the quality wasn't the greatest, but there's a touch of nostalgia with how the photos come out! We also enjoy that it feels sturdy! Our daughter isn't super rough with it, though! Overall, would buy again and recommend even though it's pricier than other options we've seen.

This was our third Kidamento camera and was a birthday gift for our two year old. Our older kids each have one and she was thrilled to get her very own. We got our older two theirs for Christmas 2022 and they have held up well with nearly every day use. When I was looking for cameras for my kids I was really turned off by the fact that nearly all of them had games. The whole point of wanting camera for my kids was to try to help their creative play not stick another screen in their face. As a photographer myself I’m constantly carrying my camera around and it has been fun to watch my kids join in. They love going out in nature and finding things to document. They love creating videos together and will spend hours coming up with plays to record and then rewatch and just laugh and laugh. These cameras are worth every cent in my opinion. They’re cute, durable, easy to use, and don’t have any extra nonsense on them. If you don’t mind having games on your kids camera there are certainly much cheaper options but for us it’s been well worth it to pay a little more for these cameras.

Gifted this to my nephew for Christmas and he took 167 pictures on Christmas. It was very user friendly for both the parents for uploading the photos, and for my nephew to use the camera. The digital screen works well and we all like that it’s one of the only cameras without an option to play video games. The quality isn’t the best, but good enough for a kids camera and it is very dependent on the lighting you’re in. Makes outdoors in the winter easier as the kids feel proud of their pictures and what great memories to look back on!

Bought one for my boy and my best friend’s kiddo. I love that it has no video game in it at all, best choice for toddlers! And the lanyard-usb-charging cord design is so clever, I don’t need to search for the right cable when my little one wants to have his camera charged. Most importantly, it looks absolutely cute!

I gifted this to my toddler in October. The camera itself is really cute and my son loves the silicone cover. I really wanted to love it, but unfortunately the quality is horrible and frustrates my child as his pics come up grainy, blurry, and forget it if your trying to take a pic with any sort of lights on. My toddler doesn’t grab it as much because of this and unfortunately the return window has closed. Maybe ditch the kid cameras and get an actual real but cheap camera second hand or something.

We got this camera for our almost 2 year old. She was hesitant at first about it, but once she realized it was just likes mama's camera, she fell in love. She loves to play with the camera and turn it on and off. The photos she takes are absolutely adorable. We love getting to see life through her perspective, and teach her about taking photos. The camera is very sturdy, which is perfect for a toddler. Would buy again.

My 5 year old daughter loves this camera. It’s light and small and is perfect for her little hands. The features were easy for her to figure out quickly. She likes the many photo frames and filters.This was a great gift and I’d buy another for my son once he’s older.In good lighting the pictures are nice and clear. In lower lighting they appear grainy but I guess we are spoiled these days with the software on our smart phones that enhances image quality automatically. So can’t complain about that too much.Battery life is good. Hours of play without having to recharge.The design of these cameras are adorable with many options to mix and match. The silicone material of the case and camera itself seem tough enough to withstand most normal kid use.I was looking for a good kids camera for a while before finding this one. It checked off most of the boxes I was looking for. The company appears to source their products from Asia and rebrand them with their name as I was able to find the same or similar items under different names on the internet. However I liked that this was a Canadian distributor with a cool website that seemed more legit. They seem like a new company as of summer 2019, so there isn’t much info about them beyond their site.That’s the reason I ordered through their amazon store rather then directly from the website.Overall. I highly recommend this camera.
