Should have gotten this a long time ago. I'm adult and I've used this to read heavy hardbacks. They are durable and I love how adjustable they are.

This stand is absolutely excellent for books and I have no complaints on it for that purposes. It was easy to put together and you can easily adjust the angle of it or adjust the height up or down, and it can also expand to hold a variety of book sizes. The clips on it are clear, which is great because they are see through so they don’t obstruct the text much. I wouldn’t put a laptop on this stand despite the picture in the listing (just from feeling the product, it doesn't seem like it would hold it very well!), but as a book holder it is superb.

I was looking at book stands like this to help me while I crochet. Many people read patterns online but I always had books so I wanted something that would hold my crochet book open so I could read the instructions as I worked without worrying about it flipping shut or bending it back to hold it open. This is exactly what I needed.I can see this cute little stand working for so many things, from holding a child's book open as the child reads to holding a book open and reading along with an Audiobook recording. I imagine that there are limits but it works perfectly for what I needed it for.

I have loved having this as such a big part of my nightly reading routine! I have severe carpal tunnel and have to do everything I can to alleviate my wrist pain. This has been a lifesaver, I love that it adjusts to so many angles and can hold books in pretty much any size and thickness (that I’ve tried.) I also love that it folds up really well so it slides between my bed and nightstand with ease. I think the design of the miniature arms is such a good addition for my larger books and I’m really surprised at the quality. I was worried it would be flimsy but so far I’ve never struggled with it. I’ve been using this for a couple months and don’t know how I lived without it.

This stand is very easy to use, its adjustable at multiple points to fit whatever you are trying to do whether its to hold a cook book, to hold a phone or a table or to help assist with an art project or homework. It can expand to fit larger books, but isnt super sturdy so I wouldn't put like a dictionary on it as it could test the limits of the stand's strength. Doesnt take up too much space and can fold away for easy storage.

Okay the color scheme of this definitely pegs it as "for kids" but it really isn't too bad. Plus, the clear clips on either side are not actually fixed in position where they are, but are mounted on sliders that allow them to extend and very effectively hold open larger books. I ordered this item with few expectations, and they were far and away exceeded. If you don't mind the look of it, it is a very useable and functional bookstand that I really don't think you'll regret having. The box also includes some inspirational bookmarks and a pack of colored pencils for those who want and care to use such items. Overall, the page retainers and the stability of the stand are actually better than some other bookstands I've used that are made for actual adults, so I can definitely recommend it on that front, and if you want to get it for your kids, I think they would actually struggle to break it too easily (thought that will depend on the destructive potential of your specific children. I would never be naive enough to declare something "kid-proof...")

This is a really nice kids kindle holder. It is sturdy, the colors are bright, the holders keep the kindle steady. However, both my daughter and I don't really see the point of it. She mostly uses her kindle in bed or in a chair or the car. So there is nowhere to put the stand. She also likes moving around with her kindle. I think this would be great for someone using their kindle at a table or to help with homework, but for my daughter who is always moving, not a great fit.
