Ok so for the one or two other people out there who may stumble across this while trying to figure out at damping solution for a set of rudder pedals to accommodate helos in DCS: yeah, this thing works great! It has a knob on the back end that adjusts the pressure of the tube so you can go for light support or full strength trim capability. This knob though is likely going to be the fail point for whenever it does wear out sometime down the line.It feels sturdy, but I don't know that I would trust my life to it by putting it on something like a sport bike. Or an actual helicopter, but for the digital variety you can rest assured it works perfectly and is the cheapest solution I came across during my search.
