The rope looks nice, have not used it yet. But the storage bag zipper broke the very first time using it. Moved the zipper about 4” and it just fell apart.

Talk about a large, heavy duty recovery rope! Used correctly I doubt one could ever break this anaconda rope! Looks well made, comes with 2 soft shackles and a carry bag that's large enough to more items to it like extra shackles, heavy zip-ties, gloves and more. Delivery was fast and on time as promised. Would recommend to others.

Ordered this Recovery Tow Snatch Rope - with Two 5/6" Soft Shackles - Off road Recovery Kit for Trucks and Auto's, and Equipment. I work on farm equipment, machinery, tractor's & etc. at my shop, also have equipment around the farm. I used to keep a wire cable around property to pull, tow things around and into shop or barn and was always knew a wire cable was dangerous and knew they sometimes break and people have gotten badly hurt and also killed from such use of a wire cable. While looking online at some needed farm trailer parts, I saw this Kinetic HD rope that is 1.25" diameter, reading about it's strength & ordered it. This is the rope I needed years ago!. This baby is strong. I like that it's light weight especially for it's strength. It came in a nice satchel carrying case and I keep it stored under seat of my truck all the time now. Very handy when needed. My favorite part of this rope besides it's strength, is that this rope is designed to actually give and stretch when pulling hard, like when I pull large limbs after cutting them off from a big tree. Also when pulling a log with my tractor, this rope keeps good tension while it actually gives & stretches. Makes it a safer way for me and safer even when pulling a vehicle from a ditch.I like the 5/16" snatch straps to quickly hook to a vehicle, equipment, or etc. This rope has a 54,000 Lb rated breaking strength and in my book, a must have recovery tool for anyone that pulls, tows, or farm use. Love this rope. I give this a (5) star rating

It's frustrating to see the tensile strength numbers being used for a rope's capacity to help you. The generally accepted offroad ratio for working load limit (WLL) is 3:1, or in other words, one third of the minimum breaking strength (MBS) is your safe load amount. These are designed to be used with good terminal tackle that is also equally rated. Pulling a SxS out of sand is likely going to be a very different experience to pulling a pickup truck out of mud buried to its axles. Use caution. That said, neither the rope nor the soft shackles have any tags indicating their MBS or WLL. A good rope would have these. The rope is dipped on the ends to keep crud out of the fibers, the whipping on the splice to create the end loops is good. The overall look of it seems fine. The bag is just large enough to carry the rope and shackles. All in all, it's a decent rope but the missing pieces of information could cause someone without experience to make a large, even potentially injurious, mistake by not knowing the limits of the equipment.

I chase/race in the Baja 1000 on a Class 11 team. My chase rig is an old 4runner and the car is a stock bodied VW bug. It's 1wd and goes over the same stuff rigs with 3' of travel do, except it has 6" of travel. It gets stuck, not as often as you'd expect, but often enough that a KE strap is essential. I've been using a 1" strap the past 6 years and it's showing its age. This strap is replacing it. KE straps don't last forever, you only get a certain number of tugs. Pulling not only the bug, but trophy trucks, class 5s, class 10s, other chase rigs, etc. left my old strap a little worse for wear. This strap is bigger, comes with a nice bag, and some soft shackles. Stretches nice although I haven't had to recover anyone seriously stuck yet.Only issue, which is more of a preference, is that my old one had a nice covering around the loop and junction area and this one is kind of thin. I don't think that really matters but did notice it.

Using a tow rope with shackles is much safer than chains. We used it with a 4 wheeler to pull some trees that had fallen. Rope seems to have held up to the rough bark and uneven ground as it was dragged.
