Remove the heat shield. Put it in 5th gear and you will be able to hit the pins, no need on this vehicle to remove the transmission mounts. Use long punches (say 10 inch minimum), a 3/16 for the inner and perhaps 1/4 to 5/16 for the outer. Knock the inner pin out first. Lube the bushings before installation.

Installed easily enough. Gear shift lever is not aligned after installation, however. Lever is now vertical when in first gear, way to the right in fifth and reverse. Cannot recommend the part as a result.

Does it fit? YesDoes it work? Yes.But my shifter leans to the right now. So far right that 5th &reverse will hit my passengers knee. And 1st gear is about where 3rd was.
