When I opened this package I was delighted to see that it was huge! When I opened it up I couldn't believe how many there are inside! They go from huge to teeny tiny. The quality is excellent. Nice and smooth. It will not require any sanding before painting. I could not be more delighted with this.

I got these matryoshka doll blanks for my daughter, who plans on painting her created fairies on the outside of each one. Now she only has to decide colors, poses, who to paint on the outside and so on and so forth. The quality of these matryoshka blanks is very nice - similar to the finished matryoshka dolls I bought in the Soviet Union (at the time) all those many years ago. They are smooth and ready to be painted and with ten matryoshka dolls to paint, it is going to be a very fun project! I will most likely be ordering more of these in the future, especially if (when?) my darling daughter discovers how much she loves painting nesting dolls.
