INSTALLATION: steps to follow
STEP 1
Place the armrest in the desired position, insert the adjustment thread and turn it clockwise until it is securely fixed in the tube. The height of the armrest is adjustable (25" - 29.5").
STEP 2
Insert the side suction cup into the inner tube. Then attach the armrests to the horizontal tube and fix them with the height adjustment threads.
STEP 3
Place it with the horizontal tube fully supported on the front of the toilet (adjustable width 26.8" - 29.5"). Use the side suction cups to attach it to both sides of the toilet.
INSTALATION: RISER
Insert the brackets into the lateral holes of the riser. Turn the nuts a little but do not tighten them completely.
Lift the two toilet lids, and position the riser so that it fits snugly.
Turn the side nuts clockwise until the riser is fully secured and ready for use.
IMPORTANT BEFORE BUYING: Check if the TOILET FRAME fits your toilet!
The toilet frame fits standard toilets. Take these measurements to confirm that the frame can be attached to your toilet.
- Identify points A and B, they have to be 12.5" from the ground, where you will fix the suction cups.
- The distance between points A and B must be 12" to 18".
- Between points A and B and the wall must be at least 6".
BEFORE BUYING: check if the TOILET RISER fits your toilet.
CHECK THE MEASUREMENTS
- Check that the inside length of the toilet (measurement A) is greater than 10".
- Check that the inside width of the toilet (measurement B) is greater than 9".
- Check 4" from the toilet lid, if the outside width of the toilet (measurement C) is greater than 12.5" and less than 15".
If the measurements are higher, you can install our soft raised toilet seat without problems.

A very, very satisfactory product. Impressed from first opening of the box. The side frames are of welded construction using heavy-gauge steel and consequently very robust. The engineering concept is wonderfully simple, resulting in assembly that an 8-year old could do - although adult hands would be better to tighten the (tool-free) knobs. The sides are held together by a single, very robust, steel tube. We've previously tried other products for this purpose, but none have been satisfactory - usually just too flimsy. This one's not the cheapest, but still good value for money. We're delighted with it. Problem solved!

Ordered for my 74 year old mother that was having trouble getting on and off standard height toilets. She also was prepping house for cervical spine surgery and would be wearing a hard plastic neck collar for a minimal of 6 weeks post-op. My 79 year old father was able to put this product together with no trouble. We all have been pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the seat is. Amazing how sturdy the arm rest are while mom pushes off them to stand up (she is 214 pounds) and has no movement in the arm rests. This product has been a great purchase and has made her surgical recovery much safer.

My Dad suffer from disability after illness and he needed a toilet riser with hand bars to help him use the toilet. This product works extremely well and it was easy to install. Really made a huge difference in his quality of life.It’s secure, well designed and well built.I highly recommend it. Just make sure you toilet meets the required measurements.

In my late 70s, had knee replacement in October. Needed something sturdy for the 6 months of rehab. It has a riser you can use, or just sit on your toilet if you don’t need the extra height.. The structure is very solid, so getting up is safe. The arms extend forward making it easier to get up.

Both my mom and Aunt live together and they are both in their '80s. So I decided this would help them greatly. It has been a great help to them. We took some stuff that would provide friction to put on the handles, because the handles are very slippery. It's the stuff that you can stick on the bottom of your tub. Or we put a strip on each handle so that if they are gripping on it to stand up, it will not be so slippery. But other than that it is pretty good. We got the one that has the booster seat that goes inside the toilet. It makes the toilet quite tall. Now this will kind of change a person from sitting in that squatting position, which actually is the best way to use the bathroom. So it will take some getting used to. Unless you are very tall, it won't feel like you're swatting anymore. A short person may have their feet almost dangling off the ground. And I am sure that will take some time to get used to. But if a person's knees are weak, they might find it a fair trade-off, because they are able to stand up so much easier. They now have something to grip on to also help them push themselves up. So it is a very good and sturdy product. Just keep those little pointers in mind about how it may take some time to get used to if you are shorter, and the bars which you are creeping on may appear fairly slippery because it's just a smooth plastic.

This is a two part unit, the seat and separately the aide bar support. Easy to install, for the most part. The seat is comfortable and height is very helpful for someone that cannot get down to regular seat height. Installing seat, just lift up regular seat out of the way (no need to remove) and follow the instructions to secure this one in place. Aligning the holes on the front section of the side bars was the most complicated part of the process, but worked out fine. This was exactly what we were looking for.

ma belle mère s'étant cassé le col du fémur, il a fallu aménager son intérieur, après un fauteul électrique, il nous manquait le rehausseur wc et les barres d'appui pour se relever, et voilà j'ai trouvé le produit parfait, un peu chèr, mais indispensable, le rehausseur était séparé on peut le dévisser et revisser si besoin, et le passer sous la douche, les appuis ont trois hauteurs possibles, très faciles à déplacer, tout loge dans les toilettes de ma belle mère qui ne sont pas très larges. Les appuis peuvent aussi se déplacer très facilement d'avant en arrière. Très facile à monter, par contre il faut enlever l'ancien abattant qui existait sur les toilettes pour mettre ce montage. Le réhausseur possède un abattant comme un vrai wc et donc son mari peut y aller sans devoir enlever le rehausseur. Tout le monde est ravis. Je crois que c'est le meilleur modèle de ce genre car séparé (réhausseur / appuis). Je vous le recommande si vous en avez besoin bien sur, portez vous bien
