I was pleasantly surprised by how useful this knee pillow turned out to be. The dense memory foam provides just the right balance of firmness and comfort, making it easy to get into a relaxed position. Whether using it under the knees while reclining, between the legs for side sleeping, or even as lumbar support, it offers excellent relief. The tear-drop shape contours well, and the removable cover is a nice touch for easy cleaning. I also appreciated that it didn’t have any off-putting chemical odor when first unpackaged, which is often an issue with memory foam products. While the pillow is effective, I do wish it were slightly larger. It provides great support for individual legs or knees but may not be ideal for those needing a wider surface. Additionally, it’s a bit lightweight, meaning it might shift more easily than some firmer alternatives. That said, it still serves its purpose well for various sleeping and lounging positions. It's also a great option for those recovering from surgeries or dealing with chronic discomfort, as it alleviates strain on key pressure points.Overall, this knee pillow is well-designed, comfortable, and versatile, but its size and softness might not suit everyone.

In the pictures on the webpage, this looks much larger in the picture with the person laying on it than it actually is in real life. I showed pictures of it compared to a standard size pillow and with a tape measure showing it to be about 18 inches wide. This is fine if you have your legs close together, but as you sleep, your legs naturally relax and fall apart and thereby, off the pillow. For me, this was uncomfortable and disruptive to my sleep as I kept trying to put my other leg back on the pillow. I also found the angle of the pillow to be a bit "sharp". I suffer from sciatica, and the edge of the pillow put pressure on the nerve running down the back of my leg and caused more irritation. Finally, my right knee is bone on bone, and the angle it rested at also caused that to become irritated. In my opinion, the pillow needs to be wider and have a more tapered angle to the wedge. With those changes, I think it might be more comfortable and cause less flare ups of existing medical issues. I did not try using it from a side sleeping position as I think the sharp edge to the wedge would have caused me even more discomfort. I have a different pillow which I normally use under my knees, but based on the implied size of this one, I thought it might also work. Needless to say, after one night, I went back to my original pillow.

I'm a huge fan of knee pillows, but I usually just use a conventional pillow. I wanted to give this dedicated knee pillow a try to see how it compares. Overall, I found this particular option underwhelming. At about 20 inches long, it's a little too narrow to accommodate the variety of leg positions I want when laying on my back. Secondly, it's too lightweight for a knee pillow: I prefer some heft so that it doesn't slide around as easily. Third, it is too soft. It needs to be constructed with firmer memory foam that holds its shape better under weight. All that being said, it's decent enough, and will continue to find use. Lately it's been sitting by the couch where somebody uses it as a knee pillow while laying or watching TV. But due to the needed improvements described above, I have to give it a 4 (maybe even a 3.5).

...and i was a little surprised at the SMALL packaging! However, once I opened it up, it sprang to life as it drew in air lol. The longer I let it rest, the firmer it got. 😊So, my story is: I am having hip replacement surgery in a month from the date of writing this review (January 19th, 2025). Until now, I have been keeping my legs raised using a bunch of pillows. It's super inconvenient, especially when I have to get up for something. When I get back to bed, I have to not only arrange the pillows again, but literally LIFT my bad leg/hip onto the pillows. Ugh 😞After I try this tonight, I will update my review! I am anxious to give it a go. It seems to be a great size, the fabric cover feels very soft, and its firmness feels like it will be perfect for my needs! 👍So far so good...update to follow! 👍☺️👋

There's not a whole lot I've got to say about the Knee Bolster pillow from the Swaycy Store but I actually like it a lot. Might have to go nuts and buy a second one so I'm not constantly carrying it from living room to bedroom like a toddler with her Bankie.First, I've had back trouble for several years. Not debilitating but enough that I never seem to get comfortable. I can't stand for more than a few minutes and sitting does bring me relief but I'm constantly shifting and moving from one position to another. Sleeping is a little less troublesome but I still have difficulty finding the "sweet spot" where my back, my hip and my knees aren't aching like the dickens long enough to fall asleep.Yesterday, I sat back in my recliner, put my new Knee Bolster under my knees and fell asleep for well over an hour. It was awesome. Later, with the Knee Bolster in place, I was able to watch TV for a couple of hours without wiggling and fidgeting. Also awesome. Last night, I put the Knee Bolster between my knees and was able to get comfy right away. Hate to keep repeating myself but . . . awesome. Today, I put the bolster behind my neck for support while watching TV. Felt great. This is a dense memory foam pillow in a tear-drop shape. The zippered cover is soft and comes off for easy washing. The pillow arrived somewhat smushed in a heavy plastic bag, inside a cardboard box. There was no odor whatsoever when I opened the package. The vendor does offer a 30-day refund/replacement policy.Bottom line: Yes, it's just a pillow but it's very comfortable in multiple applications. It seems well made. The only possible modification I might make to my pillow is to make a loop with grosgrain ribbon and stitch it into the trim on the edges to create something to grab when I need to move the pillow around, rather than digging my fingertips into the pillow itself. It's a little thing but would be easy to add.
