Very disappointed with this pillow. I don't really understand why the ear hole is rectangular instead of round or oval.The hole is also too small and the pillow is too firm. Not comfortable at all.

Love it for protecting my new ear piercings from pressure and bacteria, and the case satin is amazing especially for a natural hair girlie. Unfortunately the foam is ROCK SOLID. Even for me who loves a firm pillow, it can hurt after a while. Ive had this pillow for nearly 2 months and with consistent use every night, its barely even started to break in to become a bit more malleable. Ive considered cutting the pillow in half so its not so far up from my mattress, but im gonna stick with it and see if it gives in a bit more as the year of healing a helix and conch goes on.

I got this to replace a different one I had that no longer worked, and was causing a Helix Piercing to rub and this one worked way better.It is a bit thick so your neck sits weird but there’s no potential of accidentally irritating your piercing in your sleep. Highly recommend for any piercings on the along the outer part of the ear.Though I should have gotten the bigger version of this one. The mini works decently thouh.

This pillow has saved my sleep after getting a cartilage piercing. I believe it is so worth. Great quality pillow which came in great packaging.

Unfortunately, this did not work for me. I have the Blissbury 2-hole pillow which is AMAZING. It comes with an extra insert that you can remove to adjust the height of the pillow. I bought the single-hole pillow for traveling, however, it's FAR too high in height and cannot be adjusted. The hole is also too far from the edge for my ear to fit properly (on the 2-hole pillow, the holes sit a little closer to the edge of the pillow for a perfect fit). I did try to cut the pillow down which has helped a bit, but it's still nowhere near as comfortable or usable as the 2-hole pillow.I gave it 2 stars as the foam is premium and the satin case is beautiful, but I will probably never use this pillow again.

Love this pillow so much, i recently got a tragus and a rook piercing on opposite sides and this has been a game changer. I previously had a travel pillow which lost height very quickly making it so i was just sleeping on my piercing. But this pillow is amazing! earhole is perfect, i personally sleep on 2 to 3 pillows so the height is not a problem for me in the slightest and i see no sign of it loosing height anytime soon.

My ears were rubbed raw. Finally took Dermatologist advice & bought a special pillow. Works immediately, totally relieves pressure, sleep improved, ears almost normal after a couple of months. Quality is good.

Very stiff if you’re someone like me who likes a softer pillow. It’s great for the nights my ear piercings are acting up and they need a break from side sleeping, but overall it’s a very blocky and very stiff foam, so my neck doesn’t rest comfortably.

Best piercing pillow I've tried. The cube shape is great for side sleeping (allows space for your shoulder). The foam is comfortable and I did not find it smelly. I like the removable satin pillowcase

I bought this pillow because I got my helix pierced on one side, and sleep on that side a lot.I liked that this one had a silk case, and just one ear hole. I knew from reading other reviews, and from seeing the height of it, that 5” was going to be too much for my neck. I tried it out, and it definitely was too high for me, so I cut the back part off in a graduated height, and it seems to be a good height for my neck now.I’m going to give it a try starting tonight, and will try to report back as I use it cut down.Would be nice if there was a separate piece that could just be removed to make it 3” or 5” depending on your needs.

There's too much height to this pillow for it to be comfortable with side sleeping for me. Luckily they also have other pillows that have an optional removable insert and you can choose the height amount between two different options. The customer service with this company is honestly above and beyond as well. They truly want you to be happy with your purchase. 10/10 would recommend.

At first I was super happy with this pillow, but once it rose to its full shape, it’s entirely too thick/tall/firm! Gave me such bad neck pain.

It’s very uncomfortable to sleep with, the next mornings I get pain around my neck and cheeks, and to sleep, it’s simply too hard to sleep with.
