This would work great if you have roughly the same build as the model in the pictures. If you're anything over a size 8/10, it's quite likely your thighs will not fit correctly in the dips and you'll be uncomfortable. Also, the hump in the middle can push against uncomfortable places if you slide at all, which is likely to happen if you're wearing some kind of compression garment or smoothing garment.Overall, I'd recommend just using a firm bed pillow and let your bottom hang off. Also, unless you want to sit ramrod straight all the time, you'll need a firm pillow for your back/lower back so that you can sit more or less normally in a chair/couch/bed/whatever.

Several complaints here. Let me give some perspective first. I am 5'7 and I weigh about 135. I am not over weight by any means. I am a thin and have an athletic shaped body. I would not say my legs are bigger than the average. My thighs did not fit into these comfortably. I don't know whose would. Especially after surgery. Everything is swollen. This is meant for surgery recovery. Why are the leg shapes so small? Also, this is not designed to use in a car. Which is why I bought it. This is very soft shaped so when it's not on a firm surface it doesn't hold up well. It only works if you are sitting on a hard, flat surface. Which would be fine had they warned you of that when buying. If you are buying this to use on a hard flat surface then this will work for you. As long as you don't have over sized legs. I can't imagine this working for anyone that weighs more than me. I was barely able to squeeze into it. I am returning this because I bought this for car rides.

I should have heeded the reviews as this is not meant for someone with hips and thighs. I am 5’9 hips 47” and waist 38”. It digs in very much on the backs of the legs, not comfortable. I couldn’t sit in it for even a minute. I got this because I have an injury to my left buttock thinking this would take the pressure off my butt. Well all the pressure went to the backs of my upper thighs instead. I’ve returned it. I will stick with my donut pillow.
