There are several similar items on the market and for me, it was finding the one with the right dimensions for my needs. This works better than my previous cushion. It seems to be decent quality and i expect it to last quite a while.

I bought this because another reviewer said it would help with hip bursitis pain, but this product didn’t do anything to ease the pain. It’s an awful product.

This is helpful for lower back pain, the size is rather long which I wasn’t expecting. I like it for resting when I have lower back pain. I have a sit down job and my lower back tends to hurt often so this does help. However I can’t say I recommend it for sleep. Personally I don’t like it at night because I can’t lay my arms out next to me the length of the low back pillow kind of gets in the way of you being able to lay your arms down and I end up with shoulder pain in the morning. So unfortunately I can’t use for sleep which is what I initially bought it for. If that’s what you’re looking for I recommend getting something that isn’t as long.

My husband has hip bursitis. He has trouble sleeping on his side. I got this to try to lift the hip and relieve pain. I compared the peak height with several versions and this one for the price won. He has been having great sleep. I decided to try it because I am very curvy. My hip tends to dig into the mattress and either my side hurts or my hip from pressure. So I decided to try one myself and do NOT regret the purchase. Some said it took a few days to get used to it but both of us enjoyed them from day 1. We have always used knee pillows to align better but this 100 % helps. Highly recommend!!!

It's as described. I use it for knees at night. It has just the amount of curvaceous to support my knees for a good night sleep.
