I am genuinely shocked at how comfortable this pillow is, and that it worked for the problem I bought it for. I have had neck pain for so long I pretty much took it for granted as being how my neck was supposed to feel. I bought this pillow not really having high hopes. The pictures of it don't look comfortable. I thought it was going to be too low. No. It is extremely comfortable and the perfect height.I can't say how it compares to the many other pillows out there with similar designs. But I can say that it is nice, seems high quality, very comfortable, I think it is cooling. It can be used for all sleep styles. It is everything they claim in the description.

Short version: I’ve had this pillow for a month. I had chronic neck pain and now I don’t.Long version: I had been dealing with neck pain daily for several months. I wasn’t sure why, but eventually discovered it was for sure my pillow. I had a 15yo tempurpedic pillow and I guess it had hit its end of life (even tho visually it looked just the same). I tried various pillows we had around the house as well as an Avocado brand pillow. None of them worked. I even tried sleeping with no pillow. My neck continued to ache, and sometimes in new ways when I changed pillows. One day, someone I follow on IG happened to share in passing that her husband used this specific pillow and she linked to its Amazon listing. I was skeptical—I kinda thought pillows shaped like this were just a gimmick. But at the price point and with free returns, it was worth trying it out. Really glad I did—no more neck aches. Actually, the first moment after I laid my head down on the pillow, I was overwhelmed with how comfortable it was. But I felt old myself to remain calm—I needed to give it time to see if it really worked. It’s now been around a month, and I’m still impressed.Notes: the first couple nights, it seemed a little hard, but either it softened a bit or my head got used to it. The packaging came with directions on how to use the pillow. I followed those. I’m a side sleeper, so I have the thicker side near to my shoulders (if that makes sense). I got the standard size and a standard size pillow case fits fine over it.

I have neck problems, spinal stenosis and weak shoulders that do not support the neck muscles well. If I sleep on an ordinary bed pillow I wake up with an uncomfortable, sore neck which lingers all day long, affects my balance at times and makes me feel miserable. I purchased a multitude of "neck ortho type pillows" online for years without ever finding one that was really effective. I have finally purchased the right one. I am finally sleeping all night long without disturbing wake-ups. It can be used for side, back or stomach sleeping. I absolutely love the quality and the price was so reasonable! It even came with a zippered pillow case and removable foam piece on the bottom if the pillow appears to high.

From the moment I laid my head down, I noticed the balance between softness and firmness. The pillow's fill material provides excellent neck support without feeling overly stiff or rigid. My previous cervical pillow (different brand, which is no longer sold) I had for 5 yrs but had to toss because it became way too dense/firm for me and it felt like i was sleeping on a rock. Reluctantly, I began sleeping on a traditional bed pillow and was waking up with a stiff/sore neck and was always feeling tired. After reading numerous cervical pillows reviews, I decided on the Osteo cervical pillow and am glad I did!PROS:-After just one night, my neck felt immediate relief.-Pillow has two different height options (just rotate the pillow). One side is more comfortable for back sleeping and the other for side sleeping.-I did remove the center foam insert as the pillow was still a little too high for me and it’s now perfect!-While this pillow is firm/supportive, the memory foam also has the right amount of ‘give’, so when you lay your head on it, it ever so slightly conforms to you. My old cervical pillow (again, different brand) would feel like my cheek was pressed up against a rock but the Osteo pillow, has just the right amount of softness for me.-The pillow is offered in two sizes (Queen and Standard). I purchased the Queen (very happy with it), which I’d say is comparable to the size of a traditional pillow.CON:-The pillow did have a slight smell, which dissipated after a few days. I immediately washed the pillow case and protective covering and that helped.-This isn’t really a con but more so an FYI to potential buyers. It took a few nights to adjust to the pillow but can say I’m now sleeping soundly and wake up feeling refreshed.Let’s face it, pillows are so subjective and finding the right pillow is like finding a needle in a haystack. I’ve owned practically every type of pillow there is and am happy I tried the Osteo pillow. I’ll be buying a second one soon so I have a back up ;)

Bought this for my 18-year-old son who has scoliosis. Regular pillows are really causing a lot of pain. This pillow really helped him relieve. A lot of that pain helped him align his body correctly and actually get a comfortable night sleep. It is a perfect size. he says it’s very comfortable to sleep on The design is wonderful for people with scoliosis. Definitely good value for the money.
