This knee pillow is made of memory foam so if you are expecting a hard pillow this is not the one for you. I like the size of this pillow as other have been too large to fit under my knees comfortably. I like to use this pillow to help me sleep. I have also used this pillow under my neck which fits nicely with the curve of my neck. I also appreciate this product comes with a removable & washable cover. I am not sure why the 2 color options are priced differently...seem to be the same product. I have the grey which at the time of this review is $15.99 and the white is $23.99. I feel the current price for the grey is fair but the white is a bit overpriced.

This knee pillow has been great for usage to prop my arms in a comfortable position while sitting. I have been looking for a nice and comfortable pillow that sat tall but was not huge. I need to use a pillow under my arms while sitting or I lose feeling and other uncomfortable feelings. I have been using this pillow in the car to bring my arms up at a higher level, allowing for my thorasic area to remain open. Yes, this pillow is also great for under your knees while laying down as advertised. There was no unpleasant smells noted when opening this pillow, and it looks exactly as shown in the product images. I love that it is firm but not hard, offers excellent support wherever you decide to use it, and the cover can be easily removed to be washed. If you are looking for a very nice support pillow, I highly recommend this one.

This comes compacted in a small package but expands after opening. It is nice and firm and reasonably priced. I have had to sleep with a pillow under my knees most of my adult life due to back pain and/or arthritis in my knees. This is so much easier to use than a full-sized pillow and it is convenient. It is the perfect size and height, and I find it comfortable for the whole night's sleep. If I do lie on my side this is also just right for a back support. I'm so glad I found this little cushion!EDIT: I feel I need to do an edit on this pillow. Although some of the other reviewers have had their pillow flatten as they use it, mine stays firm. Are they using different material for some of them? I have noticed a difference in my knee pain when I wake up. But after sleeping with this for several nights there has been a significant difference with lower back pain. It is so much worse! I think the height of the pillow redistributes the weight from my knees to my lower back. But I do have arthritis in my lower back from a previous severe back injury and that may not be an issue for some people. As it is I can't use this for sleeping anymore and need to change my rating to 4 or even 3 stars.

Having bad knees, not only makes it hard to walk, but also hard to sit. For me the problem is when I put my legs up and lay them flat in front of me. So this knee pad seemed like an interesting idea to try out.It is made out of stiff memory foam. When it comes in the mail it is pressed together in plastic. Once out of the plastic it take about 5 minutes to come to its full 20.4" x 8" x 4.9” size. I was expecting the pad to soften up, but after about a three or four days of using it the pad is till pretty hard. This took me a little getting used to, but after a few days I was enjoying the firmness on the back of my legs. It elevates my knees enough to bend just a little, which helps with the pain. While I need the pad for sitting down, it can be used for laying down and stretching your legs out, as well. The 20-inch size is great for both legs and can also work well for laying down and stretching the pad from knee to ankle between your knees. This product, so far, is well worth the price.

This pillow is great, firm, and good quality. I was recently diagnosed with POTS, and even a slight elevation in my legs helps to circulate blood flow and improves my symptoms. I also work from my bed frequently, and it’s nice to have my knees slightly propped up so I can sit comfortably with my laptop. I like how firm the pillow is. It provides great support and is comfortable. The cover has a zipper and is removable so you can wash it as well.

I really don’t like misleading advertising. This is no where near as supportive as the picture would have you believe. ESPECIALLY and more specifically the first picture you see with the description. They make it look like it’s pretty firm and would support the weight of your legs without squishing, sinking, or deforming. This is not at all the case. It’s actually very soft. It’s easily squished, and therefore not as supportive as it could be or they would lead you to believe. Since it’s memory foam, it eventually gives in to the weight of your legs to the point of being half its size, and barely having elevation of knees. It does regain shape very quickly once you remove your legs. I waited the 48 hours it said for it to reach its full size and such. The thing is, this is day one. I can clearly see this losing any supportiveness very quickly with use. If it’s this soft now, you’ll end up needing a new one really quickly. I moved it around to other places to see how it was, so there’s a picture of it a little further down closer to my calves. You can see how much that squished it, and my legs are not huge. This might be better used as a neck pillow? It definitely offers SOME elevation though. Even though it’s nowhere near what the picture suggests. It could also be used for other things so it’s not entirely worthless. If you need actual elevation, and continuous support as in something more firm, and not just for the first 2 minutes, then look elsewhere. If you’re a heavier person, this thing will not support you and it will be flat. I moved my leg so you could see how flat it got. Mind you it reforms very quickly and there’s space between the foam and material you see. So just take what you see and imagine it a little flatter because it’s already reforming by the time I took the picture.
