I obtained this product to compare it to a Husky pad recently purchased at Home Depot. This product is constructed of foam pads covered by a thin polyester cover which makes it slightly less firm than the solid material Husky product - this can be an advantage or disadvantage depending upon the condition of your knees. The biggest feature in favor of this product is the ability to fold it which makes it more convenient to transport and store. It is also lighter than the solid product. My major concern is the thin polyester cover which is not particularly tough so if the pad is regularly used on coarse ground I think the cover will degrade and I am not sure what the effect will be on the foam interior.

I've been trying to work on my knee mobility and needed a convenient way to spend time on my knees or partial kneeling without my kneecap grinding into the floor. When you leave this folded in half and it's double thickness, it is the most comfortable kneepad I've ever used and I could partially kneel like that for quite some time. With it open and using normal thickness, it is a lot better than the floor, but not super comfortable. I am a very heavy build so your mileage may vary. The padding is plenty thick though and firmly supportive. It buttons together too so it doesn't come open when you're moving it around.Note there is a slight plastic/foam smell out of the box. If you're sensitive you may want to air it out a few days somewhere out of the way.

I own several different kneeling pads and have been using them for years, mostly for garden work but also for anything else (such as auto maintenance and housework) that requires spending time on my 73 year-old knees – or my equally old rear end. My even older wife uses them too. The attached photos illustrate how this pad compares to three others I own and have used for many years. The most distinctive feature of this OFiSEXPT mat is the extra width it provides; I commonly use the other pads in pairs. Its major downside is, I think, that the design uses a fabric cover over memory foam and I doubt that this will hold up as well as the solid rubber pads shown in the photo on rougher surfaces like asphalt, concrete and dirt , so we might reserve this mat for other duties.

Perfect for my tiled courtyard when I have to kneel to plant. It is thick, well made and folds in half, better for storage, and definitely much kinder to my poor knees!

This is a very comfortable and convenient kneeling pad. I used this to do a little plumbing job working on my knees. It made the job much more comfortable. The unfolded pad is about 2-1/4 inches thick. I like that it folds up and has snaps to hold it closed. The handles make it very convenient to carry the light pad. When unfolded it will be a very nice size to weed and prune my blueberry bushes. This is just what I was looking for. Good product.

This kneeling pad has been a lifesaver! We’ve been assembling a lot of furniture, and having this has made such a difference. Our LVT flooring can be rough on the back and knees after a long day, but this pad provided plenty of cushioning—I walked away without any bruises! The foam is thick, super comfortable, and even water-resistant if you need to use it outdoors. It also folds in half and snaps together for easy storage. I could even see this working as a bleacher seat cushion. So glad we got this!

I have been wearing my winter gear and have to kneel on the rock and they are also sharp. Sometimes it cuts the gear. These are new this year and this came by to try. May not be a garden or working in the yard pulling weeds but since this is pretty cheap this is so much better to sacrifice for the low price to save expensive gear and on top of that saves my knees too.Folds up easy and snaps together. Can't say it top notch material but is lasted so far so it must be good.Worth the investment for saving.

I tested this memory foam kneeling pad right away and on my most unforgiving surface, my bathroom tile floor. Kneeling on that floor to clean my bathtub hurts my arthritic knees but with this sturdy and firm pad in place, my knees were well protected and I felt no pain.My bathroom is small so I like that it can be used unfolded for areas that don't have space enough for a fully opened pad. I tested the pad again, fully opened this time on my kitchen linoleum, and my knees felt just as protected as when used doubled up and unfolded.I like that the sturdy handles have snaps that keep the knee pad closed when not in use for easy storage and transport from room to room.Finally, I also like that the sturdy outer shell is waterproof and can be simply wiped clean as I will be using this in my bathroom and kitchen while cleaning.
