It came unassembled with no English directions, the seat fell apart after using for 15 minutes. They never sent the mailing label. Amazon customer service was not able to reimburse or access the mailing label. I will be contacting my bank and contesting the charge.

Instructions were not in English despite the product being advertised in English. Easy enough product to guess your way through puting it together though. The hardware was sketchy but seemed to hold fine... for now. Straps and pads are horrible. The sizing was made with an emaciated person in mind. Your knee will slide right out of the pad as well. If I could, I would give 0 stars for such a horribly designed product. The idea is sound but execution was garbage. The only reason I am keeping it is because I can modify it to work, but I shouldn't have to for a 30$ item. Save your money and look for a different one.

The product is of very poor quality and does nit work as described. It is not a one size fits all. The hardware is subpar and even contained some rust on the screws. A full refund and return as been significantly delayed
