Well,It was missing the cover for the overflow, and the gaskets for overflow.Emailed vendor, no response.The rest of the drain was ok. It was installed. Found gaskets that would work from local stores.Thought and trusted the vendor would forward the missing part, but they did not.So buyer beware!

I ordered this overpriced item because I couldn’t find another place to purchase it online at the time or in-store. However, the drain immediately broke due to poor quality. I contacted the seller and they would not help whatsoever. All I asked was for a replacement drain plug and they denied every request and/or did not respond. Save your money and purchase from a reliable source! This is definitely not it.

According to the parts list, the little metal cover with "Kohler" on it costs $122. Most of the rest is pretty standard tub plumbing pieces and bits of cheap PVC pipe and fittings. Overall, it looks great, but I feel is waaay over priced. Also important to note that it is PVC, and if you have ABS drain lines as I do, then you will need to find a (code-approved) way to transition. Kohler sells a specific transition piece that you might need (Pureflo K-37388-NA)

I ordered two for a project. One box was missing the mounting screws and tool needed to install the overflow fixture on the tub. I had to take one out of the other fixture to make it work. Almost like the box had been opened and they were removed, since the other had the screws plus the tool for install.
