Sturdy metal with nice finish. Came with adapter hardware to convert 2-hole to single hole, and screws for the adapter and a color-matching screw for the single hole. Worked well because we only needed to replace the overflow plate and not all hardware in the tub/shower.

So we recently bought a house work only one tub in it. I like taking baths, and every time I did, I had to look at the mismatched overflow drain cover. I'm so glad that I finally did something about it, because this thing looks so good, matches so well. It's a faucet set by a brand I'm not familiar with - Monitor. Well, if you are looking to match their version of oil rubbed bronze, look no further!

Just remodeled my bathroom. Swapped my entire shower/shower combo and the entire faucet/drain/etc. This was the last piece to finishing the puzzle and it matches my hardware perfectly!

Brings old tub back to life with updated oil rubbed bronze

This had more of an oil-rubbed bronze look to it. I've shown it in front of my Venetian Bronze Delta fixtures for your comparison. It still looks way better than the old one that had water spots all over it.I was replacing a single hole overflow cover, so it was as easy as unscrewing one and screwing on the new one, but it did come with the adaptor and screws if you have a two-hold one, so that's really nice. I've taken one bath so far, and it hasn't spotted up like the one it replaced, so I'm happy!
