Kohler has some sort of manufacturing problem with these cartridges. The cartridge for my newly installed tub faucet started leaking after one month. I bought this one and had it professionally replaced, and this one also started leaking after one month. I replaced the entire faucet with a Moen and have been trouble free ever since.

I just don't think that it should have broken the first place so I guess this is unfair to them but we had our shower for less than a year and had to fix it. This did work though. Not sure why this exact model didn't last more than a year.

Made sure to use a little plumbers silicone grease inside on each “O” ring before installation.The old one would dripped. Solved the problem
