This item is no longer available from Kohler so a replacement will be sent. However, the replacement is of different shape so it doesn't fit into the rectifier opening on the cooling shroud. I guess you could saw a corner off on the rectifier or so as I did and buy an off-brand unit. The supplier here was very courteous returning my call telling me the one I ordered was not available.

Exactly what was needed. Called around several places trying to find the part but it was more expensive. Also some were out of stock. Found this item online and it was the part he needed and it was less expensive. Definitely a good buy.

Installed the part, voltage checks as it should, perfect replacement. Shipping on the other hand, was horrible. It sat in Saint Peters, MO from May 8th till May 11th, before it ever mover on. Should of been delivered be May 11th.
